Traffic Law Stop℠ collects personally identifiable information and personal & confidential records when you contact us, request information, or retain our firm. When you use the Traffic Law Stop℠ site, we ask for your contact information, as well as certain information pertaining to your case, along with billing information such as a credit card number. In the course of processing a payment transaction, we typically receive payment information from the financial institution related to the transaction. Traffic Law Stop℠ uses the information collected to fulfill your requests for certain services, to process payment transactions, to facilitate billing, and otherwise work on your case. Personally identifiable consumer information is used to process payment transactions, to handle your case, and for no other purpose.
Traffic Law Stop℠ does not request or knowingly collect personally identifiable contact information and personal & confidential records from anyone under the age of 16. We share, obtain and disclose such information only as described below. Traffic Law Stop℠ sends personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people:

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission. Traffic Law Stop℠’s payment provider uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. The provider stores information gathered on secure computers located in a locked data center, and uses firewalls and other security technology to prevent their computers from being accessed by unauthorized persons, and requires that any personally identifiable consumer information sent to them by us/you be encrypted using SSL encryption.
