Pricing and Refund Policy

Your submission of your case information & posting estimated legal fees does not constitute consummation of an attorney client relationship. There is no attorney client relationship established unless and until you receive a return message informing you that Traffic Law Stop℠ has accepted your case and confirming the amount of your attorney’s fees as paid in full. Traffic Law Stop℠ reserves the right to review any case submission and reject any such case at its sole discretion and release the hold of posted attorney’s fees at its sole discretion.

Traffic Law Stop℠ cannot accept any case submission via internet/email that is less than twenty-four (24) business hours prior to your scheduled Court date. If your Court date is less than 24 business hours away, please call the office for immediate assistance at (314) 644-7102.

If services are terminated after we have performed intake, verification, & processing, but prior to our beginning to draft pleadings and letters to the Court and/or Prosecutor, then we will refund fees minus a $15.00 charge for time spent on your case. If services are terminated after our firm has performed drafting pleadings and letters to the Court and/or Prosecutor, but before our final paperwork is mailed or uploaded to the Court and/or Prosecutor, then we will refund fees minus a 50% charge for time spent on your case. If services are terminated after mailing or uploading pleadings and letters to the Court and/or Prosecutor, but prior to receiving a Recommendation, then we will refund fees minus a 75% charge for time spent on your case. If a Recommendation is issued from the Court or Prosecutor then all fees are fully earned with no refunds, and our firm may be required to perform additional work in order to withdraw from the case. If you fail to respond to communications after we submit pleadings to the Court we may withdraw from your case, which may have serious consequences, and there are no refunds.

Attorney fees are quoted based upon information provided by you. Attorney’s fees may increase due to: undisclosed tickets, warrants, suspensions, incomplete information provided by you, any Continuances caused by you, your request for a Trial, or the like. Any additional fees must be paid immediately or work will not continue on your case, and we may withdraw from your case which may have serious consequences.

The choice of a lawyer is an important decision and should not be based solely upon advertisements.
